Biographical Information
One of the spoiled daughters of the Kimura Family, Reiss was truly a sadist in disguised, and often, without knowledge of her parents, tortured the local peasntry for her own amusement. She made the mistake of torturing a boy by the name of Kyle Wing until he died.
Serving in Abington, and also fighting in one of the battles in RedSpan vs Darka, she was close friends with Dafayo Vashmere. She was recently found murdered in her home, but it doesn't seem the murder actually took place there. The only real suspect is her adopted brother, Benny, albeit there is absolutely no proof he did it.
