Fontan (Realm)/Treaties/Perdan Ubent Avamar Oligarch Caligus Treaty

Treaty between the powers of the SA and Fontan who had been badly bruised. Fontan pledged to remain neutral in all wars, and in turn peace would be granted. Treaty stipulated that if one of the SA powers declared war on Fontan that Fontan could fight, and that all SA members would declare war on offender. If Fontan declared war all SA members would declare war on Fontan. Tokat and Sordidus which had been gained in war against Caligus were given up as a condition of this treaty.

Treaty was negated when Avamar sent agents to attempt a Rebellion during the infamous 'Black Hand' debacle during Lord Alexi's time as Chancellor. Lord Alexi declared war on Avamar. Perdan, and Ubent declared war on Fontan, and Caligus remained neutral believing both sides had just cause for war.

Peace with Caligus may be traced to this treaty, or was a separate treaty, must clarify with others. Likely negotiated by Mikhail or Zedd.
