Fontan/Old Rancagua Prisoner Agreement (FORPA)

This agreement is effective beginning December 6, 2007 between the Democracy of Fontan and the Monarchy of Old Rancagua.

Terms

1. No noble of Fontan and/or Old Rancagua of the following profession will be held for longer than 3 days (6 turns). The nobles will therefore be released at the end of the 6th turn at the very latest. The profession of nobles that is included in the above clause:
   • Knight
   • Cavalier
   • Mentor
   • Bureaucrat
   • Hero
2. This agreement currently does not cover Traders and Infiltrators; therefore it is up to the Judge of either realm to decide and negotiate further.
3. This agreement will be in effect until either side notify officially through writing for termination. A grace period of 3 days is required to the other party.
4. This agreement can be amended and/or expanded at any point in time as long as both parties agree to the amendments.

Fontan/Sirion Prisoner Agreement (FSPA)

This agreement is effective beginning December 6, 2007 between the Democracy of Fontan and the Republic of Sirion.

Terms

1. No noble of Fontan and/or Sirion of the following profession will be held for longer than 3 days (6 turns). The nobles will therefore be released at the end of the 6th turn at the very latest. The profession of nobles that is included in the above clause:
   • Knight
   • Cavalier
   • Mentor
   • Bureaucrat
   • Hero

This agreement is effective beginning August 3, 2008 between the Democracy of Fontan and the Confederacy of Fontan.

Terms

1. no torture
2. no taking gold
3. 2-3 days in prison for a knight
4. 3-4 days in prison for an infiltrator
5. deportation rather than execution
