The "book" that is known as Ergo's Dictionary is, in fact, a broken plank of pinewood.
The "front" features a crude painting of the Beppo barely washed over in white, with an even more crude attempt at depicting an apple. The overlap in paint appears childish and seems to have been done in a hurry, with no regard for artistry. Written on the alternate side of the plank in an elegant and seemingly divine hand is the mysterious phrase "Ergo: One word to Rule them All." The owner of the plank has yet to discover the meaning to these words, as his own lexicon is frighteningly limited.
