The book was found in Rueffilo on one of the monster extermination travels of Draza .
He offered it first to Sir Wyllham Huntsmaster, who was the Margrave of Rueffilo at the time of his discovery. Draza offered the book up for no more than a friendly writ recognizing his service, but Wyllham paid an additional 50 gold as a reward for offering the item to the land's lord before the general nobility.
