Crafted by a Sage in Ipsosez for Gwaethinriel after she supplied him with a Piece of Amber, A moonstone and a Rare Mountain Flower.

Repaired by a Sage in Cutnipaniel for Orion Kybar, given to him by Sir Lysander ROBIN GOODFELLOW, Baron of Cutnipaniel. Requires Monster Claw to repair.
