== Prologue ==

I, Dark Moon Cuvelier, have written this guide in order to create a noble world without commoners and outlaws to disturb us. What you will read may be shocking to you, if you are a commoner. However, every noble should truly know that outlaws are not worthy of life. And they probably can't read this anyway, uneducated curs that they are.

The Reasoning

Outlawed persons are criminals of the worst kind. They hang around on the streets, kill monsters and undead for fun and have no mercy for defenseless women. They are rapists, the lowest of the low, anti-nobles and guerrilla warriors. It is beer, sex and blood they fancy, not our noble goals of poetry, honour in battle and admiring love for your wife (or wives, for the lucky ones).

Walk around on the street and you will see that Outlaws ruin the picture we have of our beloved lands. When they came, not so long ago, they ruined our habits, dragging our nice, loyal and obedient citizens down into dirt with them. They steal, they sleep on the streets, they make noise at night and they refuse to pay tolls and taxes that are rightfully demanded by us, the ruling class. Some wander around at night, looking for valuables to take with them, not thinking about the owners. For the sake of our citizens, we should dispose of this uncivilized trash.

The parents who raised such outlaws should be ashamed, as their child clearly has not learned proper speech. Some dare to address a noble without the noble having addressed them, and some dare to address the noble without considering he is of noble heritage. Some continue their vulgar talk to a noble... and any noble who accepts this is not worthy of noble birth.

The Action

Every pure noble, of pure noble blood, should arrest any outlaw on sight. Freemen should be left alone, as they have received mercy through struggle or fight. But these Outlaws, these criminals, murderers, burglars; they should be arrested, burned or executed. Instruct your men to arrest any outlaw, so he can be brought to court and his pathetic life can be ended. Do not listen to their reasoning, as it will be no more than pathetic whining or screaming. That part I particularly enjoy: the screaming. There is nothing better then a screaming outlaw, being burned alive, or slowly sliced into four parts, or being decapitated by a rusty sword (preferably their own).

Hunt down the outlaws, drive them out of your Empire and maintain your noble realm! Do not let the outlaws reside in your empire: they will destroy it from within. Don't listen to foolish nobles who say that outlaws take care of the monsters: they don't. They fake it. We, nobles, are the only ones who truly take care of monsters. That's why we should take care of these outlaws too.

Nobles, everywhere, send your men out to arrest outlaws. It is time to exterminate these creatures!
