Brennaborg Family/Liutgard

Liutgard was the sister of Gerulf the Wise and because of that got to know Reynold the Boar at an early age. Reynold immediately fell in love with her, but found another wife, because Liutgard was a commoner. After the death of his wife, Reynold had grown much bolder due to constant warfare and decided to marry Liutgard anyway. In order to legitimize their marriage, her father claimed he was a grandson of Dilim. Long their marriage would not last: Reynold would soon die in battle.

It is then that Liutgard proved her value: together with her brother, she ensured the survival of the house of her husband and arranged a marriage for her oldest son, Meginhard, to the daughter of Senator Marcus D Luffy, which would allow her son to rise the ranks in Westgard.
