This Girdle was uncovered in the plains of Salta by the adventurer Pendric, who after some examination and a visit to several sages of the land was able to determine it's origin. The girdle once belonged to the fallen hero Hireshmont Vellow, and was said to give him strength and power in the legends of the man. After learning of this Pendric tried the belt on himself, and did think he felt a bit stronger. He went on to search some time for any surviving members of the Vellos family he could honor with the item of their ancestor but proved unable to track them down.
