Axzaloc, ancestral homeland of the Hab'b (Iptl), is characterized by primarily Taleri villages in the mountains with a few daring tribes living in the desert, the Hab'b being one of them. It is one of the pilgrimage sites for The Word being the birthplace of the first Kargnchha, Xanio the Great. The village and surrounding area is called Ipec by Taleri and is located about 90 miles to the southwest of Chocxal. Large dikes are used to hold back the sand from the village at the centre of Ipec.
