Once the Ordensraad of Pian en Luries passed what came to be known as [Magistrate Juan's Proposal] which granted the Ordensraad the ability to propose new laws for Pian en Luries, Ramiel stepped up and proposalled several laws that in his eyes, would benefit the realm and its military.
