Oops, a little change to the plan, I got the date wrong for some of the steps:
Day 1-3: Region Maintenance.
Day 4-5: Massive Refit.
There is about 1200 gold in reserve, so if you don't have enough gold to recruit to 30 men, then ask for it
Day 6-8: Begin Operation Mongoose on Niel. Also initiate counter measures against "Morgana's Trap Formation". It's a long march to Unotosa (our rendezvous point with Arcachon)and it'll be a long campaign, so make sure to carry at least 40 gold! If you need more, ask the Military Council.
We'll be coordinating with the Arcachonians, so please mind your manners
Day 10: Free Lobster Dinner. They're in season, and I heard the seafood in Niel is only second best to Arcachonian cuisine. I guess we'll just have to test that theory on the smoking remains of Niel.
Also, I got some questions about clarifications on why "Operation Mongoose" will take so long. The planned route from remton-sasat-akanos-athios-unotosa would take 1 and a half day during ideal circumstances, but since we'll be pulling along about 13 SEs, 3 days would be a better estimate. We might be able to make better time if we get through Sasat with little trouble, since that rocky region will be the hardest to traverse through with SEs in tow.
If you don't know about Morgana's Trap Formation, than you don't need to know. You just have to know that it exists and that it will help us take Niel with little casualties on our side.

We may be able to reduce the time taken for Region Maintenance by a bit - I was at the Academy a short while ago, and the highest (80%) instructor there didn't have anything to say about my ability to propel parchment at lethal velocities -- I assume that must mean that I'm getting rather good at this wretched job.
Second, my sister and cousin has messaged me recently, and said that they are willing to donate quite a sum of money to our cause - my family is right here in Nocaneb, so when they have a chance (they're on a campaign at the moment), they said they'd send up to 300 additional gold for us to use. Which is always nice.
Now, let us prepare to move -- For Arcaea, and Great Justice!

In preparation for Operation Mongoose, I'd like to confirm that the new Special Forces center is open for business in Lantzas, in case you missed the news. The first Sartanian prisoners - I mean volunteers - are undergoing brain surgery - sorry, initial training - now. And we've fortunately been able to equip them very well, from all the wealthy bandits that have been captured recently. Their operations appear to be more extensive than was previously believed!

I hear rumor of a plan between Arcaea and Archachon for an assault on Niel for the sake of the elimination of Sartania? I ask you both, is this true? If so, for what reason do you have for this elimination. I also hear of a plan to connect both of your realms through Akanos to create the most powerful alliance on the Island enabling you to sweep across Sartania with easy over our smallish forces. Once again I ask you both if this plan is truely there? This would be a plan for land gain and the elimination of a realm that has done nothing to either of you except defend ourselves in a two front war for years simply because Archachon wished to grow farther into the mainland and Arcaea looked to capitalize on this opportunity also. Arcaea is so set on the destruction of Sartania that they exiled their King Riar for aggreeing to peace with us. You are both nothing but mere barbarians if you sponsor such a plan without warrant! I call for both of you to answer to these claims in the council of rulers.

For Arcaea and Great Justice! Would be a good rallying cry for most of the plan, but on the eve of Operation Mongoose, I was thinking that we could yell: "Tonight we sip on fine wine and dine on the most succulent of lobster flesh at a seaside port in Niel."
But we could always shorten it to : "TONIGHT WE DINE IN NEIL".
Also, it seems that we have a spy in our midst. Though we could change our dinner plans, the AMC has decided that there'd be no point in it. Afterall, the plan is flawless and invincible. Majestic and sublime. It is the juggernaut of all plans and Sartania will not be able to stop us.
I only have this message to our 'spy':

You say I speak of half truths and fear for "Poor Little Sartania". Well it seems you speak with no truths. Your Region Lord in REmton has divulged the plan in her own words and was working with our General Morgana to see to it Sartania's defenses in NIel were low. All the way up to the ill advised strikes on Remton that she (MOrgana) sponsored against the will of our military council to destroy to combat strength of our Army. You say there is no plan? I find it difficult to believe the Queen of Arcaea would not even know her military plans, especially one that is so ready to press the initiative. Your words Lady Dentara are mere lies. Arcaea and Archachon are ready for operation Mongoose on Niel and also ready to meet in Akanos, most likely to make Akanos part of Archachon to allow them to have a hold on the mainland. So you see M'Lady I do not speak in half truths, and even if I did, they would be half a truth more than yourself. King Riar saw one thing in our relationship that you cannot possibly understand. HOnor, honesty and the willingness to live in peace with Arcaea. He like an honorable man saw the oppotunity for Arcaea to live peacefully with her neighbors. ONe other thing, Arcaea was to retain Sasat in the treaty with Sartania along with a cheap supply of food until she could maintain her people without assistance. Three regions with the most likely scenario that Arcaea would gain more in the future as I believe his plans were to still seek another region somewhere. Why good grief, I nearly choked on my breakfast. You really need to stop doing such hilarious things, that would be a terribly undignified way for a monarch to depart the realm. 'Operation Mongoose' was a fictitious campaign created as a joke to play on BlackFox and Christopher who were somehow receiving our internal messages after refusing to leave their estates in Nocaneb. I don't know which of them has abused this situation to reveal information to you but I do know it has reduced me to tears of laughter and I really must congratulate Duchess Marle on the incredible success her prank has achieved. It is also terribly amusing how you think we were in collusion with Morgana. The 'trap' formation discussed in Marle's letter was our reaction to your bizarre lines in the attempt to stop our takeover of Nocaneb. We could only assume there was some trap that we didn't understand to lining up infantry both ahead of and behind archers. We were quite dismayed though to learn that she would no longer be General of Sartania, I even had her released from our cells early in the hope she would remain in control. The one thing I do agree with you is that she was far from strategically competent.
You can confirm this with Archduke Keffer, Pontifex Octavio, or Emperor Orphen as I informed all three of them exactly what the situation was. Now really, please do have Christopher return to your realm, while I'm sure there's potential for further merriment it grows tiresome having to instruct the messengers on each estate to visit individually.
