Discovered in the region of Donghaiwei by the adventurer Zinn Lightstar of Morek. Later it was found by the adventurer Melial Starfall in the city of Springdale while checking the monster and undead situation in the region. The item was sold for 50 gold to the Viscount of Stratford Darken Dragon who is the current owner.
