July 1st - The people of Hernepoole have revolted and declared independence from Norland.

By Roxas Sypher War with Coria July 2nd

Queen Katherine and the leaders of Atamara:

After deliberations with the Corian Senate, the Cabinet and our allies we have declared war upon Minas Ithil. The hostile stance of Magna Serpaentism from the earlier conflicts during our founding has not been remedied. We are joining with our allies already at war with MI to force the surrender or complete removal of the MS organization from Atamara.

Sincerely,

Lachlan MacDuff Head Magistrate of Coria

By Roxas Sypher Summary of the summer thus far July 2nd

During June Tara and Caergoth attacked Minas Ithil and defeated the armies present there. Minas Ithil rallied in Shanandoah and then attacked the few remaining troops from Tara that remained in Lothruin after Tara and Caergoth withdrew. From then on the borders between Tara and Minas Ithil remained highly guarded until High Marshal Relkin announced that he had come to an agreement with Tara's General to draw down forces on the border temporarily.

Darka and Talerium's armies moved in on Norland driving the regions surrounding Brackhead rogue not long after Norland finally managed to reclaim them. There are slighly more than 15 thousand people left in the city of Brackhead as of July 2nd. Word reaching Minas Ithil is that the people continue to either starve or flee the city as food is scarce. Minas Ithil along with the other realms surrounding Norland have agreed to ceasefires with Norland.

In mid-june, a tournament was held in Icegate. Arthas Westfall (Knight of Dampinn, Suville) won the sword fighting competition, with El Cid Testaverde (Knight of Ser'quea, Carelia) coming in second place.
