This doesn't remotely count even as a place-holder - I began it a few minutes ago and then realised I have to go out right now, but just wanted to save what I had started. It's a good start. It goes into too much depth for holding court, though -- a link to court should suffice. I had actually just started something similar; I'll add it in and combine the two. --John 15 August 2005 00:24 (CEST)
