The one time capital of Springdale, this stronghold was taken by Virovene in the closing days of The War of Succession. Whilst not the largest or richest city in Virovene, it is considered one of the strongest fortresses in the land. It is also a hub for travel, from Springdale City in the northeast to Aegir in the southwest all roads lead through as a good half way point. The structure of the stronghold is elegant but strong with its spire reaching far into the sky whilst its walls are impervious to all but the greatest of siege engines. Whilst heavily damaged in the War of Succession, the structure has almost been completely restored, with only the slightest of cracks hinting at its traumatic past.
