The Kalmar Family has a long and colourful history as nobles and fighters. They are originally from Stratford (Dwilight). A distant uncle was at the storming of Oligarch on the East Island in 1006.

They are descended from some of the original settlers who migrated to Dwilight with the original settlers of [[Springdale]]. A distant relation (several generations removed) was at the storming of [[East Continent/Oligarch|Oligarch]] on the [[East Island]] in 1006. Today only Kole (family patriarch) remains on Dwilight, with both his brothers returning to the East island to find their ancient heritage. (They have no links to the [[Kalmar Islands]], coincidently named.)

He is a fighter and a winner. He is average hight, Roughly 5 foot 7 but very broatd in the sholder. He has brown hair and eyes and a relitivly standard facial features, appart from his scar, which stretches from his fore head to his left cheek, going through the eye. The damage turned his Iris white and his eye whites blood red. The scar was gained when a small raid on a bandit camp became a blood bath. Kole kept the scar visable to remind himself the price of faliure. He currently is a member of the realm of Springdale in Dwilight. Upon the death of his farther he was made the head of the family.

An adventurous soul, Oran left Dwilight to persue a life of action in the old lands. He is phisicaly similar to his older brother Kole, but is several inches taller and lacks the Signiture scar which marks Kole's face.

The Kalmar Family has a long and colourful history as nobles and fighters. They are from originally Croton (Dwilight).
