Golrug is impulsive, reckless, and fierce, leading his Greataxe-toting Viking warriors from the front; this explains the scar down down his right arm, from shoulder to elbow.
Golrug is a Hero, and hopes for nothing more than to die in battle one day and go to Valhalla. He was Second-in-Command of the Hand of Hang, then promoted to Marshal. He fell behind on a raid and lost his trumpet (OOC: bug prevented him from acting as Marshal in battle), and was then made Banker.
