2) Perdan releases control of Ar Mosul and Woolton to Ibladesh. Beziers and Montabaun are turned over to Ibladesh within two weeks of the treaty being signed.

6) If either Caligus or Perdan is attacked by any other realm other than members of the Southern Federation (where either are the aggressor) during the repayment period, Ibladesh, Itorunt, and Yssaria agree that, firstly, the payments will be put on hold and, secondly, they will defend Perdan and Caligus from the aggression until said aggression ceases. (ie. Sirion and/or Fontan is the aggressor) If the Southern Federation does not come to the aid of Caligus or Perdan within two weeks, then all gold owed to Ibladesh are immediately cancelled. Ibladesh also agrees to turn over any regions (of Montabaun and Beziers) back to Perdan within 1 month if the Southern Federation does not come to the aid of Perdan.

5) Fontan releases administrative control of Bescanon to Perdan for the sum of 2,000 golds, net after moneychanger fees, to be paid in 150 gold weekly installments, 100 of which will count towards the 2000 gold paid as reparations for the administrative overhead incurred by Fontan during Fontan's time in control of the region, 50 gold to be paid for being granted control of Bescanon until such time as the 2000 golds have been paid. Failure to abide by the weekly schedule will be a violation of the treaty. Perdan may elect to pay weeks going forward to avoid interruptions of the payment schedule, and thus avoid violation of the treaty terms.
  
8) Ibladesh, Fontan and Sirion will agree to sell Perdan food for a reasonable price (10 gold/per 100 bushels) if either is in need of food. If Ibladesh, Fontan, and Sirion are unable to fulfill the food needs of Perdan, then Ibladesh agrees to return Montabaun back to Perdan, or Fontan agrees to return Troyes to Perdan. The food need not come from the three realms, they are free to make arrangements with other realms to provide the food to Perdan.

6) Perdan shall not raise any fortifications, or other structures in the region of Bescanon, and shall limit its military presence there to no more than 4,000 CS total (mobile plus militia) troops. Fontan shall likewise not raise any fortifications in the region of Troyes, and shall limit its military presence there to no more than 4,000 CS total (mobile plus militia) troops. Three infractions no greater than 5,000 CS shall be allowed to both parties for the duration of the treaty, all other failures will constitute a violation of the treaty. Also Perdan will not allow enemies of Fontan or Sirion to travel through Bescanon to attack either of them in the north and no enemies of Perdan will be allowed to use Troyes to attack Perdan in the south.
  
9) Caligus will relinquish control of Scio and Domus to Yssaria. Perdan will relinquish control of Partora, Mullhouse, and Meuse to Caligus.

7) The signatories agree to raise relations to peace, allied or federated at their own discretion, but to no lower than peace.
  
10) Suggested order of release is: Meuse, Mullhouse, Partora, Domus, Scio. The region control must be at least “Main” with 75% loyalty before the next release is to be initiated. If there is a noticeable stall in the releasing of a territory (1 week after control factors are met), then the realm that is to receive the region is permitted to declare war on the offending nation (with notice) and initiate a takeover. The initiation of such an action will not trigger the “no-pay clauses” in Article 6 or 7. Fontan, Sirion, and Ibladesh, and Itorunt will be notified of all release of territories, and all complaints of stalling will be submitted to the rulers of these four realms.

8) The signatories shall not attempt to influence or infiltrate any of the other signatories through their normal political apparatus, or by supporting any rebellions, or other political movements outside of their boarders.
  
11) All realms involved will move all relations up to “Peace” at a minimum once the treaty is signed by all realms mentioned in this treaty. No region exchange will begin until this occurs.

9) If any member of the Southern Federation or Northern Alliance declares war on the Kingdoms of Caligus or Perdan for any reason, or should Caligus or Perdan declare war on any member of the Southern Federation or the Northern Alliance, they will be in violation of the treaty and subject to penalty under section ten. War shall include infiltrator actions that would seriously wound a noble, or otherwise cause harm to a region, and providing military aid to another realm for the purposes of supporting a war.

10) All signatories will be honor bound to declare war on any realm in violation of the treaty.

11) This treaty shall remain in force for four months from the date of signing, or until sections 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 have been fulfilled, whichever is longer. It can be modified only by unanimous decision of the Signatory Powers, or renewed between any of the signatories, one amongst the other, for any length of time as they so deem appropriate.
