Preamble
By Freedom's Grace and the Legacy of the past Great Reigns, we loyal pursuers in the noble name of Fontan, in behalf of preserving the Inborn Privilege of Natural Rights, ensuring the Balance of Authorities, promoting Welfare and Justice, and questing after the eternal answer of True Democracy, do hereby establish a concretization to our construct and our will, the Codex Fontan.
Chapter I - Principle
- Article 1 - Realm Name
- The formal title of the realm shall be Fontan.
- Article 2 - Realm Government
- The realm of Fontan shall be operating under full Democracy.
- Article 3 - Realm Banner
- The banner of Fontan shall be the yellow radiant above the blue square ground.
- Article 4 - Nobility Recognition
- Fontan shall grant proper recognition of nobility to (a) all fresh new nobles who were recently out of their familial houses that come and join Fontan (OOC: all new characters) and (b) all nobles who used to possess a foreign recognition that come and join Fontan except those accredited enemies of Fontan (OOC: all existing characters except those accredited enemies of Fontan).
- Article 5 - Accredited Enemies
- The accredited enemies of Fontan shall be established in the Statutum.
