Well yes, it looks terribly fancy from a distance, but it does a simply deplorable job at spreading soft cheese. It's all these silly bumpy bits. The whole blade is covered with 'em. Most are green emeralds, but there are a few reds, some blues, some oranges... no, wait, that's probably marmalade.
