The Cagilan Citizen was created to compete with another Cagilan newspaper that never came to be. Since it is the only Cagilan newspaper, it no longer competes for realm dominance, but for continental dominance. I, Sephirah, had longed planned a Cagilan newspaper, but was always too busy tending to Alaise, leading men into battles, holding the fort while everyone else recruited, running for Prime Minister and more. On the 16th of June, the Cagilan Citizen was finally created.
