The honorable interpretation of events of the Cagilan Empire!

Redspan Revealer Reveals Rubbish

First Abingtonian propaganda, now even more blatant Redspanian propaganda. There will be a great day when journalistic integrity can be upheld across the continent, regardless of our differences in various wars.

But the first major proposal from Tara is that they want Tandus backa s compensation for a war they started and losing! Thats ingenious that is. - Redspan Revealer

Has Redspan already forgotten their past? It is they who started this war with an act of treachery! Who secretly, and not quite so covertly, planned the destruction of Tara? Why it was the Triple Federation of Redspan, Carelia and Abington. So to say Tara started this war is blatant rubbish.

Finally, Tara while appearing to be losing is far from it. They have suffered setbacks, as has the Cagilan Empire, but they are recovering. Tara should have died long ago. However, the Cagilan Empire is an honorable realm who honors its friends and brothers. Far unlike the Triple Federation, who bullies and betrays their supposed friends. Because of the support of the honorably Cagilan Empire, Tara has lived to surpass the great danger that the Triple Federation posed. It turned out to just fizzle. For should Abington and its great supposed might have actually been so mighty, they could have wiped Tara off the face of the map. Which it didn't. For again, two reasons. It is supported by honorable realms and the exaggerated might of the Triple Federation is not so mighty.

An Account of Abingtonian Propaganda

They begin by questioning the honor and diplomacy of Ash Sea Islands. Well, as our previous volume has shown, they are not so wonderful at such things themselves. The Triple Federation False Supremacy Treaty is a fine example of this. Besides numerous dealings in the past. Abington bullies various realms to its sides, turning them to their dishonorable side. May I ask what "honorable" realm would force such a horrid "treaty" on another realm? They did the same to Redspan. When Redspan was weak and vulnerable, they gave them two options, if you can call them that. Join us, or be assimilated into Abington or a colony. While I respect the need to destroy a threat to your realm, or gain an ally, this was a most dishonorable way to do such a thing. Nearly any realm that has a chance for peace in such a vulnerable position, would take the way of survival.

"Of course, plenty of other excuses shall be given, but in the end this war is nothing more than a continuation of the last one: ASI greed for Abington lands, Abington blood, Abington sovereignty. The only reason it has taken this long is because ASI has never felt confident enough in the strength of their allies to take on the might of Abington and the Federation." - Abington Account

Finally, this most gruesome quote of propaganda. I will admit, this is a continuation of the last war. It has been publically admitted in Ash Sea Islands' own newspaper. However, ASI greed for Abington land, blood and sovereignty is grossly exaggerated! I'd say its the other way around. Abington bullied Ash Sea Islands into the loss of their namesake, the Ash Sea Islands. Their greed for Ashleantan land, blood and soveriegnty is the true war. They only gave peace after they had what they wanted. The war's postponement occurred because Ashleantan's are wise, as the snake on their shields symbolizes. They realized, patience, as my good friend and general, Morrigan, espouses is a key element in war. So they bought time, realizing all along that the war must eventually continue against such dishonorable realms. And the war shall indeed continue, along with the dishonorable Federation that Abington has so dishonorably bullied into place.

Lazy Staff

First off, I'd like to apologize to my readers for the obvious amount of procrastination the Cagilan Citizen staff has shown. Much has happened and those interviews I promised, which are about 30 days old now, never showed up.

Second, I'm still too lazy to write something up right this moment. But you can expect something within the week. My apologies for that.
