Summary

The Home Guard is a long standing army of Atamara. The commander of the army is the Arch Priest or Arch Priestess of the land. Inexperienced troop leaders from newer blood families will be given roles in the Home Guard to gain experience before entering into active duty. These troops duties are to:

  1. Keep their regions in good working order.
  2. Keep appropriate militia in regions.
  3. Helping defend Darka against attackers, rogues, and monsters.
  4. Representing Darka at tournaments.
  5. Engaging or protecting trade agreements.


Mode of Operation

  • Restore regions to Inner Core with normal Police Work, or the Bureaucrat class special ability.
  • Do an extra 12 hours or so of police work (total, talk to each other to not waste time) after the region is inner core to keep it there for a while instead of having to go back next turn.
  • To set your troops to police mode, you have to pay them.
  • Arrest but do not hang rebels or do police raids unless specifically requested.
