:No, it doesn't need to be a template. I did the entire front page by just using inclusions of other material, like this: <nowiki>{{:Dwilight Daily/Footer}}</nowiki>. There's no reason to clutter up the Template namespace with tempaltes that will only ever get used on one page. Centered might not be bad. I'll have to take a look once I get the rest of the paper together. I am going to try some kind of frame around the page, or some kind of extra column on the right or left.
