If you put something on the wiki, and don't mark it as private or OOC knowledge in some way, then it is accessible public knowledge to all characters. It is, of course, up to the characters to determine how they would know something if it is obscure information, but if they can do so, then they can use it. - This page makes perfect sense. You have to remember that the Wiki is an IC device. If you put something on the wiki, and don't mark it as private or OOC knowledge in some way, then it is accessible public knowledge to all characters. It is, of course, up to the characters to determine how they would know something if it is obscure information, but if they can do so, then they can use it.
