Well, as long as there are troop leaders of a realm, that realm is considered alive, so even if you take all their regions you will need to sign a peace treaty to resolve the claims. We had to do that in Eston after we took Massillion's last region. -[[User:Tariq|Marouane]] 16:09, 26 August 2006 (CEST) |

Wouldnt this result in a lot of Cease-fires. Then a lot more declaring of war as soon as the claims are decided? ScottSabin 19 April 2006 17:31 (CEST)
- If a realm makes it a habit of doing that, then they will find their enemies unwilling to sign future cease-fires. --Indirik 19 April 2006 18:03 (CEST)
- True but both side would do that then all regions would become claimed. They could abuse the cease-fire and then we would have eternal war, as nobody would trust each other to keep the cease-fire longer than one turn ScottSabin 19 April 2006 18:14 (CEST)
What if realm B claims realm A's region, but then B's federation member, realm C then TO's the region. Does this not mean a federation member would have a claim on one of your regions, which would never be able to be resolved? I mean, you cant exactly improve relations from there. --Eurtek 19 April 2006 19:49 (CEST)
- Well, you'd think a federation member above all would respect the claim and hand the region back... --Tom 19 April 2006 20:03 (CEST)
I think this change is basically a death sentence to smaller realms and that it came much too quickly. This is coming from a player whose favorite character is in a large realm. --Blackknight 19 April 2006 19:52 (CEST)
Do rogues hold claims on their regions? Do realms hold claims if regions go rogue? And assuming both of those are no, do you realize you just made looting a region to rogue status and then TOing it much more desirable. Same big wars, much more collateral damage to the peasants. Probably worse for the land then trench warfare and gas warefare ever was.--Eurtek 19 April 2006 20:28 (CEST)
How would region lordship purchase behave in terms of claims? --Maverick
