I must really advise against region pages. While we were setting up the wiki I made up a template for such a purpose, but it was turned down from being mainstream because of the amount of variables that would need to be changed. However, if you're willing to change all the details whenever something happens, by all means do so; however keep in mind we don't like chronically out-of-date pages.
