The Treaty of Evanburg is an agreement between the Republic of Barca and Aurvandil which gives Aurvandil tenure over Evanburg in fief.
The Terms of Agreement;
- The Republic of Barca will continue to be the only rightful claimant to the Townsland of Evanburg.
- Evanburg will be considered property of the Republic of Barca, while Aurvandil will hold tenure over Evanburg in fief.
- Every new year (1st of Summer), the Barcan Senate will decide whether or not to extend the 'loan' with another year.
- In the event that the cival war meets it natural conclusion, Evanburg will be returned to the Republic of Barca.
- When Evanburg is returned to the Republic of Barca, a new Senator will be elected.
