Barca/Treaty of Evanburg

The Treaty of Evanburg is an agreement between the Republic of Barca and Aurvandil which gives Aurvandil tenure over Evanburg in fief.

The Terms of Agreement;

• The Republic of Barca will continue to be the only rightful claimant to the Townsland of Evanburg.
• Evanburg will be considered property of the Republic of Barca, while Aurvandil will hold tenure over Evanburg in fief.
• Every new year (1st of Summer), the Barcan Senate will decide whether or not to extend the 'loan' with another year.
• In the event that the cival war meets it natural conclusion, Evanburg will be returned to the Republic of Barca.
• When Evanburg is returned to the Republic of Barca, a new Senator will be elected.

The additional revised terms for the second year:

• Investments have to be made in the infrastructure of Evanburg: the weapon/armour smith must be maintained, and two mediocre* Recruitment centres must be constructed.
• Aurvandil and Barca will sign a treaty of facility sharing, and grant Barca full passage right for Evanburg.
• In the event that Evanburg revolts from the rule of Aurvandil, they lose the right to hold Evanburg in fief ever again.

*= Minimal 50% training and a weapon/armour value both above 50% as well. An archery centre requires range 4, however does not require the above average armour value. And when one value greatly compensates for another, the Barcan Senate will judge its usefulness.
