This will be a new treaty for the Enhanced Diplomacy system. The idea is to help small realms federate and integrate more with each other. Basically, it will allow a noble in one realm to send a message to all signatories to the message exchange treaty.
Points to consider:
- Probably limited to realms that have an existing Alliance. Message treaty would be broken if the corresponding Alliance is broken.
- Can everyone send a message, or only lords, or councilors?
- It will cost to send the messages, most likely based on the number of recipients, and possibly based on the number of realms
- i.e. it would cost more to send to 50 nobles spread out across 3 realms than 50 noble sin only two realms
- There would be no "Some" selection on the multiple-realm messages, only an "All"
- It would only go to nobles, no advies included
- Message types would be restricted to "Letter" and "Roleplay". Maybe Request. No Orders or OOC allowed.
