The Elemental Vest of the Kings vest was recovered by Didier Cuernalis from a monster lair in Weinschenk. The Dwilight region had no ruler at that time and was infested with monsters and undead. The vest shows some ancient royal symbols on it, probably from one of the former rulers of the territory.
From the looks of it, it was lost during a hunting party in the dense Weinshenk woods where the hunter became the hunted.
