When The Worst Happens

So, you've made some enemies...

Sometimes, we get a little carried away. Nobles can pillage, embezzle, bribe, slander, maim, stab, and murder.... but BM is not without consequences. BM is a team game, and when you go against the established team, things can go very wrong for you, very quickly. Maybe your coup failed, or you were caught embezzling gold, or perhaps you made some serious political missteps and all the wrong people hate your PC. Whatever the case, there are several things that other players can do to dish out consequences for perceived bad behavior, and we've made an attempt to spell out some of the most common ones here, as well as some of the more common ways to handle these situations.

First off, Take a breath

Mistakes happen. Getting outmaneuvered happens. Personal trouble in BM is one of the more stressful things that can happen, and it's important to remind yourself that BM is a game, and that it's ok when bad stuff happens.

Some notes on consequences that are generally against the rules

BM can be a game full of passion, and if you've angered people, sometimes they fail to think through the OOC ramifications of their actions. Should you encounter any of the below consequences, it is recommended to make a titan report about them on the spot. There some exceptions here, but the titans will want to make those judgements on a case by case basis.

The realm is excluding me from realm chat!

This is not acceptable and is titan-able in 90% of situations. It is possible that if your character was spamming or exhibiting other unacceptable verbal behaviors that people can and will block your messages from coming through to them, but it is a very rare situation where the realm can exclude you from seeing realm-wide chat and still be holding up to the 'Play With Friends' rules. A huge part of BM is the messages system, and blocking you from the realm-wide chat is OOC fun destructive in nearly every situation.
