The sun was setting upon beautifull Darka...but today Darka was even more beautifull,cause today the great King of Darka was geting married with his beloved one.You could hear music and see honourable nobles from all over the Continent gathered at the Holy Temple in Azzal.The ceremony was about to begin but in Darka a particular custom would take place first.A sacrifice from the groom and bride to the Godess Sigrid,to gain her blessing to the couple and steer her away from them, to give them a long life. So there ,infront of the Holy Temple the young couple stood along with the Arch Priestess.The nobles from foreign realms waited to see this custom as it was unknown to them.In the entrance of the temple was a goblet made of stone and inside of it the "immortal fire" of the Holy Volcano was awaiting the sacrifice.
King Kostaja Kosunen holding a rams heart threw it in the fire saying the following: "This is my offering, Sigrid. My heart consumed by you, brought back to life by Darka. Give us your blessing.”
When the rams heart turned into ashes Lady Amaarent approached the goblet and threw a lambs heart saying the following:"This is my offering, Sigrid. My heart consumed by you, brought back to life by Darka. Give us your blessing” "
When both hearts had turned to ashes,had become one thing that would "reborn" their love under Sigrid s blesses,the ashes were removed from the goblet by the Arch Priestess and were placed in the entrance of the temple.Now the young couple would be the first to enter the temple walking upon them.
When everyone entered the Temple the ceremony could properly begin.
Lavigna dressed in a velvet cypress green gown is standing on a pedestal looking calmly,though her fingers play nervously along the pages of the book that includes the vows of the ceremony.The King and his bride,Lady Amaarent,are standing right infront of her.Lavigna taking a deep breath she adressed the croud.
Dear Ladies,dear comrades of Darka and friends from all over the Continent,
we are gathered here today to honour the union of a Man and a Woman in Holy Matrimony.These two persons have decided to spent the rest of their lives together,to hearten this bond before us,and before our Gods,exchanging vows of love,faith and loyalty.
My friends,allow me to say some words in order to signify the importance that Matrimony bares.Nothing but love can bring two persons together,love, with it s powerfullness can unite these persons spiritually under the clothe of a ceremony.The love of this Man and this Woman who felt the need to exchange vows of eternal love,here on this Holy Temple,before our Gods whose blessing they seek to have.And before whom,neither themselves nor anyone else can come to break these vows and this marriage.
Our anchenstors followed a very particular type of ceremony.The groom would come before his future wife,speaking words of faith and love and holding a sword in his hands as a token of protection,faith,honour but above all love in their future common life,the sword wich is what a man keeps more close to his heart,the sword,that saved his life and protected his nation.The sword from that moment and on would protect his own familly.A gold ring would be placed at the end of the sword,the ring he was to offer to his bride as a token of their spiritual union,of the strong and valuable bond that was to be borned between them.
A bond we have come today to witness and celebrate.
Darka believes deeply to it s Volcano Gods.And all i can wish to this couple is that their Matrimony and life will be exactly as our Holy Volcano.Srong and unbreakable from any human,Blessed by our Gods and with a burning strength inside,a strong fire that never goes out.
Now i shall unite our King and his beloved Lady.
Dearly beloved, we are gathered together here in the sight of God to join together this Man and this Woman in holy Matrimony; which is an honourable estate, instituted of God in Paradise, and into which holy estate these two persons present come now to be joined.
Therefore if any man can shew any just cause, why they may not lawfully be joined together, let him now speak, or else hereafter for ever hold his peace.
I require and charge you both, as ye will answer at the dreadful day of judgment when the secrets of all hearts shall be disclosed, that if either of you know any impediment, why ye may not be lawfully joined together in Matrimony, that ye confess it. For ye be well assured, that so many as be coupled together otherwise than God's Word doth allow are not joined together by God; neither is their Matrimony lawful.

As Kostaja Kosunen puts the ring on her finger, Amaarent can't hold back the tears of joy. Quickly she composes herself and takes the other ring from the pillow. Holding the ring on Kostaja Kosuses finger, she look him in the eyes and makes her vow.
“I take you, Kostaja Kosunen, to be my wedded husband. I promise to be faithful to you, to give and to receive, to care and console, to inspire and respond, loving you now and forever. I will love you when we are together and when we are apart, when life is peaceful and in disorder, in times of war and in times of peace. M Lord,this is my gift to you,from me and my husband Ghost Dragon.It is a sword that only a King could hold and that none helds one similar.It is made by a smith that is older than all of us,and that unfortunatelly his name hasn t yet revealed.He and his father and grandfather were as well smiths and citizens of Darka.He lives in Mnt Sinclair and never i heard of someone mention him.I had the honour to meet him when i visited the Holy Volcano in order to ask Sigrid s blesses when i got elected to represent the Gods.
