Walsh Family/Thray

Thray Walsh is the first member of his house to rise above the rank and file of nobles to become a knight of his home territory of Enubec. Serving in the Army of Itorunt as a soldier, he works hard to garner recognition for his family and set a path for other members of his family to follow. His upbringing would be considered lacking by many nobles, and so his tongue is a bit sharper and more familiar than most of his peers. Having remained close to the common people, Thray's manner has been met with anything ranging from comtempt, to anger, to amusement, even sparking a duel with another of the knights of Itorunt. But it is this very trait that makes him an effective troop commander as he quickly identifies with, and earns the trust of, his men. Thray never fears to let his opinions be known. Opinions which occasionally carry some merit.

Thray's loyalty and pride in his home region is equal to that which he gives Itorunt and Thray makes certain that his soldiers carry the standards of Enubec next to those of Itorunt with equal prominence. His unit is a loyal and cohesive group and responds to his directives without hesitation. They are garnering a reputation for speedy and responsive deployment, having made trips across the realm at speeds most others couldn't achieve, reliably arriving at the front lines when called in the name of Enubec and Itorunt. Thray has lead his men to the killing fields in Zawr and Al Aquabah in the Perdan war and twice chased the elite PMW from Itorunt lands. In the battle of which he is proudest, Thray and his men defeated a group of PMW raiders in Ejarr Puutl almost singlehandedly. Though his command was nearly wiped out.
