The mountain fortress of Mesne Roc was originally built to protect the Finngar Empire, from the constant raids by the Mubaba Tsumo. But that has all changed since the succession wars. It was the only place to not sign the Burgundiam Treaty, after an assassination attempt on there representative.

Kingdom of Setras

Neutral... Mesne Roc do not like the Kingdom of Setras. And sometimes sends raiding parties south to gather much needed food.

Meleus Protectorate

Neutral... the Meleus Protectorate is a neccesary evil. And border skirmishes are known to happen.

Halewood Protectorate

Peace... we like the Halewood Protectorate. Because of those that signed the Burgundiam Treaty, the Halewood Protectorate will actually trade with us.

Mubaba Tsumo

Peace... with a marriage between an Atrixe and the current Warlord. An uneasy peace was brokered, and the two have been seen working together. Against both the Kingdom of Setras and Omaba Tsumo.
