The heirs
Family of the royals and legitimate successors of the leadership uphold great power within the Order and have a voice for every matter regarding the Order. The Princes/Princesses are considered the leaders of the Order and they directly represent the Order with their speeches.
If the royal family has no more heirs, then the next Prince/Princess will be voted by the Honorary Attaches of the Order without any 'veto' right possible.
The heirs can at any time overrule a 'veto', only if a widely acceptable justification comes along with their decision. In voting processes, their votes count as two.
