Strategic Secession?

there's been a lot of debate here over a "Stategic Secession" of Kalmar City to form a new realm for Avamar and everyone condemned by Old Ranc. And keeping the other islands for everyone not Avamarian or Oligarchian. There is widespread support for this plan though for different reasons. Some believe two allied realms will fight better than one united realm. Others support it because a split will help us fight monsters in the west more efficiently. Still others like the plan because Kalmarians are already split over he decision. They want one realm for those who want a split, another for those who don't. There was already a vote for this weeks ago, but many who know disagree with the plan(including myself) were not around to vote then. As a result, the "Patriotic Movement" was formed of 5 nobles to opposed the bisection of our realm. The Patriotic Movement has sent a letter asking for today to be a day of pure discussion of the plan and tomorrow to be the day we vote once and for all for or against it, BUT very few nobles have actually done this and many are voting today. Some actually voted yesterday.

Overall the realm is in a chaotic state over this plan and very few have the same opinions on it.
