Cannot appoint Marshal

I am a Duke of a city with 2 non-city regions in my Duchy

However: "I am sorry, but you do not appear to have the proper authority to appoint a new marshal."

I still could not appoint a marshal..

Anyone knows why?

I think thats a known bug and you should report it ot the Bugtracker if it's not. Even if it is, notes are helpful. --The1exile 20:47, 26 July 2006 (CEST)
