"Imposed debt"? You can't modify people's balance directly, this usually has to do with the person never paying the monthly fees more than anything... -Chénier 23:19, 21 October 2009 (UTC)
- It is, however, trivial for an Elder to create a rank with a 900 gold monthly fee and demote someone they don't like into it a day before the fees have to be paid. --Anaris 01:54, 22 October 2009 (UTC)
