Treaty with Eston , December 2007

Proposed treaty

  • 6 months of peace
  • Max of 4k of militia in any single bordering region.
  • After requesting permission, Priests of each realm can travel through each other land as long as they don't preach. Priests may preach in any region that the Region Lord has given permission. Upon preaching (without permission), they will get captured and they can no longer travel through the other realm.
  • Neither Eston nor Falasan can involve themself themselves in the war of Norland and MI Minas Ithil as long as it's 1 vs 1. Also neither realm will allow travel of any other realm to assist in the Norland/MI Minas Ithil war.
  • Neither realm will allow other realms to travel through their territiory lands to hold hostile actions on the other.
  • By January 1 all borders are to return to pre-war status (specifically, the region of Amdor is returned to Eston).
  • Eston to sell excess grain at fair market price to covert for harvest shortage with the first 2 months at 25 golds per 100 bushels.
  • Soldier Knights and army armies, including infiltrators, need permission to enter the other realm's land.
  • The realms of Talerium and ASI Ash Sea Islands will act as the guardians of the this treaty, upon their approval. In addition, a copy will be posted by each realm in the worlds libraries (Wiki) so all realms can make an accurate judgement judgment about treaty breaches.
  • Should there be any breach of the treaty, the offended party will send their complaint directly to both guardians without contact with the other party involved. The guardians will then investigate the claims and decide what punishment, if any, should be imposed upon the offender.
  • Any trader of either realm caught while working in the black market will have all his of their current gold taken and a 50g fine from his home realm, AND will return the stolen food at a loss of profit.
