Message sent to Everyone in the Old Gods

The City of Rines was seemingly populated by a few monsters, and no one else. At least that is what it appeared to Lahta as she walked through the various streets and alleys, observing the buildings that had begun to decay. They weren't so far gone as to be rubble, but a few looked precarious and to be avoided lest her movements cause a collapse. As she walked along the road where guildhalls usually were built, there appeared a building in surprisingly good condition. The words "The Inquisition" were present over the entrance, and with a moment's hesitation, she walked in. The interior was spare, but well kept. She stifled a gasp as she saw undead behind a counter, going through the motions of doing paper work without actually finishing any. Walking up slowly, she worked up the courage to state her intent and said, "I wish to join The Inquisition". The undead looked up at her, and let out a groan that was barely understandable. "FFFfiiiiiuhhhhlll ooouuugghghtttt fooooooouhhhrrrmmmm," the horror croaked as it held out a piece of paper for her. She took it gingerly, before filling it out. After she finished and handed it back, another undead came by and took the form, and scrunched it up into a pouch before walking out the door. Waiting a few confused moments, Lahta soon followed it out, unsure of what had just occurred or why she was now able to send letters to such a guild.
