Serpentis Family/Yeux/Leaving - Part II
My brothers and sisters,
Falasan will always be in my heart and spirit. I cannot count how many battles I struggled under the flag of the white rabbit. My family grew in Atamara. My mansion still in Chato, under the enemy's flag.
I am Yeux Serpentis, son of Arash Serpentis, brother of Dakhir and Frida. My brother and sister died defending Falasan and my entire life I wanted finds out the same destiny. Everything that I wanted was to die struggling against the enemies of Falasan. Now I am old. Much older than my brother. I aged. I win and lost. But I continue alive.
I will miss the great farms in Beleriel. Of the immense lake where I prayed for the Great Serpent in Elroth. The walls of Barad Falas and Barad Gardor. The beautiful women and the beer. The wine. The blood. The arid earth of Chato where I grew up and buried my siblings. I am dying today... but without abandoning the old carcass.
I spared the scribes. I drank a lot of beer. My soldiers will probably be the last memory of my name in Falasan, in Barad Gardor's walls. I feel vastly honored in defending Falasan and Queen Ilya Bluelake. My siblings struggled for Queen Catherine, if my memory doesn't go so bad.
With sadness I am leaving now. To the life after life and after the death.
Yeux Serpentis (Knight of Menedor)
Out of Character: You can leave this world and emigrate to one of the other continents. That may be a good choice if none of the realms here can support the number of nobles anymore, or if you have simply made too many enemies. You will start out with a clean slate.
However, emigration comes at a price.
The passage will cost most of your gold, leaving you with only 35 gold upon arrival.
You will also not be able to emigrate again for at least two weeks, so make sure you left nothing behind.
Finally, since you will be looking at a new world with new people, your prestige and honour will be slightly "reset". Your honour will fall 29 points, to 98. Your prestige will fall 9 points to 26.
You are now on board a ship to the Dwilight. It will take you a few turns to reach it. Once you arrive there, you will have an opportunity to choose the realm you want to join.
