Leaving
Part I

Falasan,

That was the only message that I sent to our enemies when Beleriel and Barad Falas had fallen.

***

Good Lords and Ladies,

I am just a hero. The last son of my father. My brother and sister died for Falasan. But those battles were against Eston, long time before you beginning this war. A cowardice of many men on both sides, I guarantee. I served many Lords and a lot of regions in Falasan, same when I couldn't visit the mansion of my family in Chato, the first mansion of the greatest House of Serpentis. I struggled many battles. I lost a lot of good captains and soldiers. A lot of militia that you faced had the flag of the serpent.

I escaped from your prisons. I won and I lost battles. I sang the victories and I drank the defeats. You have the victory now, but it doesn't matter. I will die as my brother died: with the sword in my hand under the flag of the white rabbit.

And if Falasan fall before me, Atamara won't be a place for me anymore. I will look for asylum anywhere in that I can die in peace, struggling for another Lord. Falasan will always be in my spirit and in my sword. And I will die with the pleasure from having killed many enemies with honor. I left they die with the sword in the hand. In the other world I will wait for them in Elroth, drinking a beer. Then I will defeat them along the eternity.

I will wait for you in Barad Gardor's walls. Seek my sword. I will seek yours. If you are an old ally, I won't have mercy... I will be happy for dying by your hand. That the honor doesn't belong to the enemy.

For Falasan!

More than I need a Lord, I deserve a Lord. And any amount of gold to maintain my troops. I am here to struggle for Falasan.

In Arms!

Personal message to Maniac Zotral

Duke Maniac of Barad Falas,

I thank the permanent support during all my military career. I believe that you acted correctly in protecting your city and perhaps in the future you have independence and power to create a "new Falasan". I like to think like this. But I cannot struggle against what remained of Falasan, nor see the defeat under the enemy's flag. The ignorance of the nobility and the cowardice of the allied hordes win. But I will die struggling...

With my whole respect,

In Arms!

Yeux Serpentis (Knight of Barad Falas)
