Serpentis Family/Erik Eyolf/A Small Anecdote
Erik had finished leading the daily trainings and he took advantage of to walk a little in Avamar, evaluating the reconstructions and the work in the great city. Therefore he saw Nesrah appear of an alley. The old one was always very mysterious.
Erik Eyolf: "You have to stop giving me those frights, old wizard!"
Nesrah: "Your humor now is better? I have good news, but before I want to know why you has such inactive in the Military Council. Your scribe said that has correspondent few letters to the great military minds of Sirion."
Erik Eyolf: "My humor could not be better. Lately I have many reasons to laugh."

Like you should know the population of Avamar is still very rioted with us. When I was still a Judge many times those men of good culture and sharp language came to challenge my authority. I was impressed mainly with one of them, perhaps he was the buffon of the old Duke of Avamar. A nobleman of Avamar brought that man to my presence. He was under the two soldiers' custody.
Nobleman: "Great Judge of Sirion, I brought this man after he to do serious offenses. I would kill him, but now we are under your justice!"
Erik Eyolf: "And what is the accusation?"
Nobleman: "This dirt piece of man insists on calling me of pig! This is an outrage!!!"
Erik Eyolf: "And your defense, citizen?"
Buffon: "I called this nobleman of pig because during a dinner he ate as a pig. I don't do that?"
Nobleman: "I should cross your throat with my dagger!!!"
Erik Eyolf: "Calm down you two! You cannot call a nobleman of pig! If you doesn't have a better defense than this I will have to arrest you!"
Buffon: "Great Judge of Sirion, you have some problem if I calling a pig of noble?"
Erik Eyolf: "I particularly don't see any problem..."
Buffon, looking at the nobleman with a smile in the lips: "I don't have anything else to say, noble!"
Erik Eyolf: "I laugh with will and spared the buffon. Happily the nobleman didn't have enough intelligence to understand the sarcasm in that defense. He was angry, but what I can do?
