Perdan's First Newspaper!

First Edition After Re-establishment!

After the re-establishment of the Perdan Pride we have been busy getting things to run smoothly. Yunari Tian, the co-owner, has so graciously allowed us to keep the printer after her move back to Ibladesh. We will miss her writing for this great newspaper especially after her latest contributions. We are proud to be back in action and plan on bringing every scrap of news on this continent back to our readers eyes. Anyone who wants to help the newspaper get back to its former glory is welcome and would be appreciated. We have a lot to do before this place is as nice as it used to be, but I can't wait until we're there. Read on to hear the latest news.

Region Transfers Are Sad Things

So far in Perdan each region transfer has gone on without a problem. We have kept the citizens of Perdan at as much ease as we can manage after each transfer. The people and nobles of Perdan are saddened by the loss of these fine regions, but we move forward. One detail of note, is the loss of old landmarks like the Bloody Eagle and the capital district in Partora itself. These losses will weigh on us, but this journalist believes Perdan will recover from this with time. On a lighter note, we couldn't be happier about who the majority of those regions are being given to. Caligus is definately worthy of these lands after her own valiant sacrifices on the plains of Supra and at the walls of Domus. Having such a steadfast ally as Caligus is as good a reason as any to hand the regions over in their own time of need.

Perdan has a strong history of drinking till nearly everything seems as crazy as the names of Perdan's bars. Rebellion in Old Rancagua

Only days after Old Rancagua's brilliant celebration of being 1,000 days old and only hours after the invasion of Stora. An extremely well timed rebellion has been declared in Old Rancagua. Already Rhargec, the rebel leader, has won a battle in the streets of all important Ashforth. Here is the current information known about the battle: Huge Battle Fought (4 hours, 43 minutes ago) Rumours spread and tales are sung about a huge battle in Ashforth: Old Rancagua rebels vs. Old Rancagua loyalists Estimated combat strengths: 5000 CS vs. 3000 CS Attacker Victory! It seems Rhargec's initial success has ended. The gods over East Island have struck down all key members of the Old Rancaguan rebellion. Slowly now the tide of battle in Ashforth is turning to the loyalists.
