I found this relic in Nivemus after hearing rumors of pendant that increased the prestige of the wearer. The northrn part of the continent is a patchwork of wide plains and deep forest, the pendent was said to be the very heart of the former. At least that's what the undead lich said after I carved my way through a tomb-full of his protectors. When he was at my mercy, he tried to bargain for his unholy life. I accepted, taking possession of the pendent and letting him 'live' just long enough to realize that he really really should have made me agree to let him live forever.
