Nergals Instrument/Cake Or Death?

Long had Xaphan been changing the Holy Scriptures of the Church Of Nergal, or inventing new scriptures to be inaugurated into the beliefs of the Church. This was the most random of them though, he declared that Nergal demanded that we either accept some to cake, to eat or we will accept death via his sword. Normally the choice would be obvious, but being cunning as he is Xaphan made sure the only cake Ikalak had was Victoria Sponge. Oh the horror! Being forced to eat Victoria sponge! Naturally many chose death. Even to this day we are not sure what Xaphan meant by this, whether eating the cake was a sign of devotion to our Rotten Goddess, or whether the killing that followed was the key element of worship in this practice.

All that remains left to be said is ... Will you choose death over this cake? ... No, I'm gonna ask you again your gonna eat this cake aren't you? ... Bite my sword!
