The Truth and The Liar (Part I)

Riding in the midle of the night, the fear begins to invade her heart.

"She will hate me...", Marion thinks.

Greenleaf flys among the lonely lands, skiping the obstacles as fast as a white arrow crosing the black of the midnight. He know that he needs to reach Parm before sunset.

"Come on my friend, be fast as you can be."

He understand the voice of her, and just in a few more minutes they reach Parm.

The city looks quiet. The night is deep and just a few men seams to be awake, trying to flirt with the moon and the stars.

Marion gets down of the horse, and with the reins in her hands she says:

Marion: Good night, my friends. I hope that you can give me some information.

Squire I: Night m'Lady...it's very dangerous for a Lady to be out alone so late at night.

Marion: Well, my young squire, it is a good thing that I am not alone then.

She shows them her dagger under her cloak.

Squire I: Yes, it is m'lady. What can we do for you?

Marion: I am looking for the Eliendarils, comanding by Lady Eilien. Have you seen them?

Squire II: Oh yes, I know them, one of my mates is with them. why are you searching them? I'm just trying to be sure that you are no enemy...

Marion: It is not of your bussines. But...is a persoal matter. Are you going to tell me?

Squire I: Excuse my mate, he has this theory about an uncoming war with this new realm...he thinks that there is not a thing such peace and that everybody could be a spy...he is not well up there, you know?

Marion laughs.

Squire II: Shut up! is not a stupid theory...is happening allready....you will see...and you are disgracing me in front of a Lady...you supose to be my friend... Marion: My good friend, I found your theory very interesting...but I need to know where I could find them.

Squire I: Oh yes!...the knights...I think they are in a tavern across that street. I saw them there this morning. It calls "The SwordMater"...everybody with a sword goes there.

Marion: Thank you, my friends. I will pay to the bartender a beer for you...just one more thing...have you seen a tall, blond elf with two elfish swords? If you saw him you will remaind him...

Squire II: That looks like Lord Erik Eyolf...am I right?

Marion:...Yes, you are...have you seen him around?

Squire II: No, I haven't. But if you find him be carefull, because he is in the conspiracy too...

Marion leaves the man and starts towards the tavern.

She leaves them and she laughs thinking of the idea of Erick heading a consipacy with Nivemus to declare war to Sirion. It was just to ilarious.
