| In the old days Melhed simply believed in morale decency, and the bringing of good to the world through the slaying of evil. There were no specific gods or goddesses. The Pontifex was the supreme power ultimatly deciding which direction the realm should take. If you had to look to some one as a god then the Pontifex would have been it. The realm was quiet at times, and at others was more lively then ever seen in any other realm. Back in the old days Melhed was much greater though, before the dark times, before the Undead Invasion. Melhed stretched from Mhed, to the moutain ranges, and all the way to the icelands to the north. Melhed's economy was booming, with well over 7,000 income. Melhed was truly a great among greats, with power and reach as far south as Riombara, and Luz de Bia. | |
